Highest Gear's History
  • Our beginnings, 2017
    Highest Gear Safety started out as a 3-people team serving one single carrier back in 2016. Back then, we helped companies compile paperlog reports and do manual mileage calculations for IFTA!
  • A new era for safety, 2019
    ELDs finally came out and made our jobs easier. We decided to do more: we started developing our own fleet management software and we began providing additional administrative services, like accounting.
  • What we are now, 2025
    In 2025, we've grown into a 80+ people company, helping carriers take care of all their compliance work and more: permits, documentation, accounting, etc. As a result, we have become the largest and most reputable safety company in our region.
